Scaffolding

Hi, We are looking to paint the house /soffits and also replace all gutters /replace any rotten fascia boards etc and would need scaffolding for anywhere where a ladder cannot be used to access. This would include almost half of the East side (upto 2 stories), all of the northside (facing backyard, 2 to 3 stories) 2/3 of the west side ( upto 6m high) including: above the concrete stairs with some railing to safety access the gutters on this west side. Would you be able to have one of your team members to visit the property during the week to provide us with a quote please? What type of scaffolding would be most suitable and economical for this site? We might need shrink wrap or tarpolen for all of north side and 1/3 of west side nearest to northwest corner.
