Erect a transmitter mast atop a multi-storey building

The Hutt Community Radio and Audio Archives Charitable Trustis installing a new transmitter site atop a multi-storey building in the Hutt CBD. As part of that project we need a galvanised pole of 6 - 8 metres in length to be clamped to an existing, unused chimney (see photos for mock-up) and secured with guy wires. Would suit adapatable scaffolders or riggers.
