Scaffolding only (Short term for window and balustrade installation)

We have an upstairs window to be installed on the left hand side of our two-story house.

The front of the room opens onto a deck which has a gap in the balustrade (also on the left hand side of the house - next to where we need the window installed.

I am therefore looking for a scaffolding supplier to provide a quote/rates to install scaffolding for a few days so my builder can install the window and balustrade.

The ground below is uneven.
