Needing scaffolding for 2 story stand alone former state house. Regular state house style. Work being done is repairs on weatherboards and windows then complete repaint of house. Time frame would be for 3 weeks (hopefully not 4) and considering is it more cost effective to scaffold half the house first then change to 2nd half of house.
