Scaffolding for painting

I’m organising some painting of my house, two sides of it require scaffolding from around 5th to 16th February. The house is a little awkward to access I.e. the highest part of it (around 2.5 stories) is close to a narrow road, may require permission to stop the road for a while (it is no exit). Price would be fo4 hiring of scaffolding, installing and dismantling it.
