scaffolding free quote for a cladding re-plastering work in Ilam

Hi, Do you do a quick free quote for scaffolding work of a free-standing property of about 190m2? This is for re-plastering and painting work for first floor exterior cladding. I am in the stage of due diligence and the vendor is still living in the house. If site-visit is needed for quote, it has to be arranged with the property agent. I need a rough quote immediately for selling price negotiation with the vendor. I want to buy the property and have to pay the deposit in few days. So do need a quick quote. Thank you. Yvonne
