Replacement spouting - with leaf guard

Old 2 story 4 bed house needs all gutters and down pipes replaced. Nearby trees means that the gutters get dirty very quick - so would like some form of leaf protection also. Also have a blocked rainwater drain - I need to know if this can be fixed or whether we need to re-route the water. Always someone home. Anytime is good.
