Roofing frame for existing deck

The job is between Pipiwai & Matawaia, its about 11minutes north of Pipiwai. We are wanting to complete our deck please. We have someone who can do the roofing, but just need the frame and perlings to go up, but if you can supply a reasonable quote to do the lot then we will go ahead. There is timber supplied for the framing, the deck is 8x4mtr approx. Would welcome any replies thx. We also have Dolar panels installed, so it was advised that any hard hitting would offset our settings to the solar panels, therefore the use of screws/bolts rather than nailing to house.
