20 sq. metre Roof Replacement.
Job description
Have an almost flat iron roof, (approx. 6mx3m), on the front of my house in desperate need of replacement. It was originally a deck area but is now part of lounge and the roof sits just below the original roof for rest of house. Water has started dripping through rusty spots and left a damp/spongy black spot in one ceiling panel and started to drip through a light fitting in another so may require electrician to check/repair wiring. I am keen to get the room weatherproof and stop deterioration as soon as possible but on limited budget, (single parent with only part time work), so cosmetics (i.e. - a pretty ceiling) may have to wait. Also have a 5m section of spouting on the back of carport that has rusted out and needs replacing. The existing guttering is metal and approx. 25cm width to cater for roof overhang. Hope this is enough info - recovering from surgery so not able to get up the ladder myself to check it out at the moment. Would appreciate quotes / estimates for this work so bank can finalise my mortgage top up to get it all sorted.

A pleasure to deal with and just got stuck in to the job and got it done. Really good to find someone with plenty of experience who can look at a problem and come up with simple, cost effective solutions too. I'd happily have Wayne back here to do any future building work I need.
