My mother in law has a small conservatory on the side of her unit. It appears to be leaking in a couple of places...one is possibly where it joins to the main roof.

"Matt has been great to deal with - excellent communication and professionalism. His quote was reasonable and although the job took longer than expected he didn't charge any more.
