New roof at 9 Pekanga

Existing corrugated iron roof is leaking and rusting. Some of the rimu purlins , especially near the ridge line have rotted and don't hold the nails. Split level house with a gable roof. May require completely new purlins? Also new metal guttering reqiured and new fireplace flue. Accommodation available at the house over the winter months.
