Roof leak review and repair/re-seal

Two storey Newtown house with roof leak at the join of masonry/concrete wall and the body of the roof, around 3-5 metres back from the front of the roof. Roof can be accessed via ladders at the back of the property via an intermediate roof over the kitchen (have had chimney tradespeople up there recently). We are keen to get this seen to ASAP due to the leak into the ceiling space which is ongoing in heavy rain, and for some sort of temporary sealing to be done. Thank you
