Roof assessment , repair and or/reroof

Coloursteel roof 1999, assessed Sept 2021 and in good condition. Never leaked before. Friday 8/7/22 small leak through plywood ceiling . It is simple A line roof in two parts. Access to area of concern is from single storey height. Maybe popped nails, lead lifted or steel too old? It’s a ceiling that’s plywood on rafters so we see it quickly Our biggest concern is rafters getting wet as heat treated Macrocarpa. Please can you assess and advise about this?
