Repair/replace roof guttering

I noticed a hole in the guttering on one side of the house - the section it's on is about 4m long. Looks like it needs replacing. That section is 4-5m off the ground. Also keen to check the rest of the guttering is fine too. Scaffolding isn't usually there - it was the dripping noise from the guttering onto the scaffolding that made me notice the hole.
