I have a pitched roof with Decramastic lightweight tiles
(Internal metal gutters and plastic downpipes)
More Urgently - I need a leak sorted out in one area of the roof - (I've attached Photo from inside roof cavity where timber/pink bats are wet after rain)
Then I think I need my whole roof repainted. Can see it's starting to chip – starting to see metal. Maybe that's what led to the leak ...
