Job description

Roof Sealing
Wellington

We have a aluminuim conservatory (added on to house) on second level - the roof of the conservatory is allowing a leak to occur during heavy rain (previously we thought it only potentially leaked during a strong Northerly). The leak appears to be occurring at the top end of the conservatory roof, close to where it attaches to the existing house under the guttering. No obvious failure in external Conservatory roof from a quick scan from the roof, therefore could be issue with seal with aluminum frame or failure where connects to weatherboards. House built in 1967 (weatherboard with iron roof) - not sure when conservatory added.
