We have a small targeted leak which is likely from the decramastic tiles on the roof. I think the roofing might be original as 1950s. The house is a two storey state house connected to one other. The leak is on the steeper side of the house - the front. We need someone to safely get up there somehow and have a look. There is also some guttering which has disconnected. It would be an easy fix I think if you could get up there.
