Clear & fix gutters, conservatory leak, downpipes, cracked gully trap/concrete
Job description
Our conservatory started leaking in the heavy storm last night. This is likely due to the blocked gutter with trees growing in it! We're looking for a professional to come and fix the following problems for us as soon as possible: 1. Clean and clear 13m of guttering along the front of the house. It's 2 storeys high, with narrow footpath below (approx. 1m wide). 2. Replace approx 1m of this section of guttering which is cracked (we have spare matching gutter for this onsite you can use). 3. Check the cleared gutter to ensure conservatory leak has been addressed. 4. Reseal the base of 2 downpipes into stormwater drains. Seal gutter diverter that has been installed with no sealant. 5. Repair cracks in gully trap and stormwater, where water seems to be pooling instead of running off away from base of house.
