Assess condition of a two story decramastic tile roof and undertake repairs as necessary. The current roof was installed when the house was built in 1984. A number of nails in the tiles are raised, and a number of tiles have dents in them (from the previous owner walking on them). There are also a couple of places in the roof where there are suspected leaks.
