Re-roof Crofton Downs

My flat long run iron roofing and facia, and PVC guttering needs replacing. The roof was laid in 1980 over the existing bitumen mid 1950s membrane roof. The house is partially two storey but the roof is fully accessible by ladder on one side of the house. The roof is L shaped 8.9 m by 11.93m with the slight extension of 2.7m by 5.63m on the longer side. I would be looking to replace the roof with a similarly profiled colour steel.
