Inspect and paint/repair corrugated iron roof
Job description
Top-story corrugated iron roof was mentioned as needing painting in builder's report when we bought the house. I have had a look and there's also some places where it's rusted through (see photo). No leaks and otherwise seems fine. other roofs have been repainted but this one is high enough that it requires scafolding/other protection. Roof is moderately pitched, but footprint surface area rough estimate is 10x10m (however this would need to be double-checked). Ideal timeframes are within the year, since when we bought the place Jan 2019 the need for painting was noted.
