Hi, I have a small section of the gutter what always gets blocked, overflows, a bit awkward generally, horizontal. I am looking for someone who can replace it, re build the gutters and downpipes in that area. It is quite high up though, around 4m, so you would need a portable scaffolding or something similar scenario. Thanks much!
