The rainbox that is over the down pipe is overflowing in heavy rain and water landing in the heat pump outflow box at ground level. Would like all the gutters checked/cleared as roof is quite new and want to keep it in good condition (concave shape on art deco flat roof ). Single story house on steepish street.
