Roof appraisal

Hi. We have just moved into a 357m2 home in Khandallah. The builder's report suggested that the roof should be appraised by a licensed contractor. It appears to be the original roof (in the main) which was put on the house in circa 1985. There are no leaks at present. It is quite an intricate design with a lot of dormer windows. I would be grateful for an appraisal of its condition and advice on any necessary work/replacement. Thank you.
