Re-roof

Hi I would like to replace the existing (flat) roof and flashings (approx. 50m2) with the similar profile (not sure if it is box or trapezoidal?) in Colorsteel Maxx. The roof is on one level ~3m from ground level. Existing roofing to remain on site for planned garden project. Additional optional extras (to be itemised) to include as part of this work please: - insulation installation (as high an R rating as possible as due to flat roof cannot be easily upgraded in the near future - and preferably Greenstuf). - replace existing guttering - replace soffits (?) etc - reroof existing shed roof (inc guttering) in Colorsteel Endura or Maxx I am keen to replace as soon as practical - but aware that the weather may not be suitable so can be flexible (please advise current expected start/ finish times from when quote accepted).
