Replace guttering and disposal of old guttering

We need a tradie to replace the guttering at our property and dispose of existing guttering. House is about 150m2, single story, though in some parts access to roof may be difficult. By my calculations there should be about 45 linear metres of guttering to replace (there is an additional 6.7m section which we don't think needs to be replaced, but may depend on cost). We aren't worried about solution (metal or pvc) and would prefer lowest up front cost solution. Photo of access will be uploaded later.
