Replacing roof

I’m looking for a quote to replace the roof on 2 rental properties at 26 and 28 Quetta Street, Ngaio. The 2 unit semi detached are family owned properties that are currently rented out, so viewing for a quote will need to be done with me giving the tenant 24 hours notice. It is a two sided gable roof with a slight pitch. The roof is 20m long and 7m wide, with two small porches at each end. It is currently some pretty tired decramastic tiles, and I’m looking to replace with long run/iron. Also included in the quote i would like a price to remove two small brick chimneys down to below the roofline with the roof over them.
