Guttering replacement, cleaning and possible down pipe replacement in Brooklyn.

I have guttering only on one side of the house that needs immediate attention. I need two pieces of gutter replaced, leaves cleared in the remaining gutters on one side of the house and a possible replacement of down pipe. Also some of the iron under the eaves is starting to rust in the nail holes and seams. I would like advice on this but it's not urgent to have it fixed at this time.
