10 Tiled Town houses

I.m the project manager for a body corp for 10 townhouses that have tiled roofs we have the scaffolding up on them and the painter have started. I have noticed some cracks in the concrete holding the corner tiles . We may need some roof pointing put on or even a complete spray-on compound ? We need a team that can start asap The job is at 20 Thompson St and there are another 10 townhouses to be done after this lot.
