The roof in question is tile, one story high and about 30-40 square meters (it is an annex to the main house / roof). We been told the camber / angle which the tiles were laid was too flat which means rain can blow back under the tiles when the wind is blowing from a particular direction. We had this side of the roof sealed in in 2012, but the company who did the work is no longer in business. We have recently noticed some more leakage on the other side of the roof and would like someone to check for any broken / cracked tiles, repair these and to apply the sealant to the part of the roof which was not sealed before.
