Reroof or replacement needed

I am looking for a quote / options to fix/replace roof on my house in Karori. Corrugated Iron, I bought the house in 2012 and the roof was old then. There is bits of spanish tile in the attic, tied to the rafters, so obviously its been redone at some point, but the roofing iron is old. The house is heart rimu framed but the roof rafters/ purlins are softer and there is borer in them. I am looking to either replace ( so rafters, battens, purlins and corrugated iron) or to replace the bad timbers only, treat the rest for borer, replace the battens and roofing iron. This is a valley roof, with one flat section over an addition that is newer. Image is attached. House floor area is ~= 120m^2. I am on a very slightly sloping section. Please quote me the complete cost for both options; I am open to suggestions of other ways this can be done that will save me money.
