Rust forming near gutter on section of metal roof

There is rust forming near the gutter of a section of roof. A line of small spots is forming, perhaps 7m long. Hoping to replace this section roof. The job will likely require scaffolding - steep roof. Photo of roof attached. The exact profile of roof isn’t produced any longer, but I’m told there are very similar profiles on the market. If need be, there’s a separate, small standalone section of roof that could be used as a replacement (would install new roof on standalone section).
