Malleable aesthetic flashing around two raised skylights

Hi there – we’d like a quote to complete some aesthetic flashing around two raised skylights that sit above the roofline in a valley (see photos). The existing flashing/silicone was installed by the builder. It’s arguably doing its job – but looks pretty rough. I’m after someone who can do a professional job of installing some malleable flashing around both skylights. The reason for malleable flashing is the cost and complexity of designing an aluminium cowling is probably too much given all the angles. Happy to take advice on the type of flashing used – e.g. lead, EDPM flashing etc. The photos (and my beautiful drawing) shows the areas to be flashed (note – flashing needed all the way around both skylights). Once done, I plan to seal the edges and paint the flashing. Thanks and please let me know if you have any questions.
