A recent inspection of the roof has identified a range of repairs and maintenance is required: a) Surface rust deterioration in sections of the roofing sheets b) Rusted screw fixings were sighted over some parts of the roof c) new roofing sheet could be required where prior maintenance has been done d) Flashing around the skylights not installed correctly e) small number of broken guttering clips which need to need to be replaced.
