Roof damage
Job description
We have a roof damaged in the corner by a truck reversing. We would need a check for damage ( and structural damage if there is any) and a quote. Our concern is that it might rain and our roof might leak and damage further. So we need someone urgently.

Initially, my review waspositive for Altitude Roofing due to a quick initial visit. As the response was quick and communication good, we gave Altitude Roofing the highest scores. After the rain, we noticed that the gutter was still leaking. We communicated back to Altitude Roofing and after another 2 visits, the gutter is still leaking. Now,it is over a year and the gutter is not fully fixed. Our last and only option is Dispute Tribunal to try to be refunded for the work that we will pay twice.

One (of 7) gutter join began to leak
Visited (no charge) further 3 times
Gutter was pooling with water. Further inspection found that overall, the guttering was in a poorly maintained condition
Guttering fall wasn’t sufficient + debris build up in areas of guttering
Explained if contributing factors weren’t addressed may see ongoing issues"
