The house has 5 flat roof surfaces (incl carport), and it collects everything that drops from the Kauri trees. This would be a job that is required at least 2 x per year. The roofing is ribbed and debris can be swept or leaf blown to the ground, along with unblocking gutters if needed. You would need to view as heights could be a make or break it for you.
