We need an internal leak investigated and repaired. A local builder thinks it may be inadequate flashing, poor spouting installation...We have discovered internal leak when going to renovate bathroom. This needs to be fixed before we can progress with bathroom renovation. It would be good to have this completed asap so we can get our bathroom operational again. We have some other leak issues that are not as urgent as well. The bathroom is one floor up, The roof is one floor above this. 2 story house on top on basement.
