Remove decramastic tile roof and replace

We were advised by a building inspector that the current roof (decramastic tiles) is in very poor condition and at the end of its life, and that it MAY contain asbestos (not confirmed). We need it removed and replaced, probably with coloursteel or long-run steel (something long-lasting). We are also interested in installing a skylight, if possible. Property is a couple of hundred metres from the coast, but elevated above sea level. Roof is approximately --- , has atrium with windows to let in light, and has a slight slope (as in photos). We would like to get this done as soon as possible.
