It was a pleasure to deal with Loius. Communications was great. Completed the work in time and what appears to be properly done. Also appreciated the explanation of the work that was to undertaken. Although a bit more expensive then others, his approach seemed thorough which led to awarding him the job. Will be happy to use his services again
