Repair Roof Leak and Replace Fascia

There is a minor leak in our roof. We’ve had it looked at and apparently it’s likely to just be a dodgy screw. We also have a fascia that’s rotting on the end. So we either need the whole thing replaced, or if it’s more economical, lop off the rotten end and fix a new piece in it’s place.
