Our 1950's concrete tile roof is sagging on one face, it has been like this for as long as we've lived here (7 years). However, this winter we've started to get moisture on the interior wall of our room in the same approx area of the sagging. From looking in the roof you can see the sagging wood structure in the photo attached and I can see water running down the inside of the fascia boards. I suspect due to the sagging, the tiles are no longer over hanging the fascia enough to keep it water tight, allowing water into the eves and giving us the moisture running down the interior wall. An experts advice/ skills to remedy is now needed please. A quote to please jack the roof and brace it with the intention of making it water tight.
