We are needing the roof on our home either repaired or replaced, due to suspected damage indicated by rusted flashing and some smells of dampness in the house. It is a small 2 story home, but positioned on a bank so that the second story is at ground level on one side. It is unclear when the current roof was installed/last repaired.
