Remove rust and repair leak

Our tin roof is rusted in some areas, not across entire roof. Attaching some photos,video to give you an idea ( this is one side from where I could stand on ladder) We need this rust removed and roof waterproofed before winter. See below link --- / --- nn Second part is that the roof has developed a minor leak somewhere. When we switch on water heater, it overflows. Plumber suggested this is normal behaviour. But instead of it flowing down to gutter, it leaks somewhere and drips in front of house. We need this leak fixed as well, plumber suggested this should be possible for the roofing guys.
