Estimated for an hour (sight unseen) for the work. The job was all over in 15-20 minutes but I still got charged for the hour. I'm not really unhappy, just a wee bit disappointed - I'd happily use Carden Co again. Great work, though, got the job done. Very friendly, very quick turnaround for the job, and very good communication.

"Hi Ken,
I’m sorry your disappointed about the charge but if you look through our messages we never mentioned an hourly rate we quoted for the job to be completed if it was the issue we could see from the photos, which it was otherwise we were going to provide a free quote. The $80 + gst is actually under our normal minimum charge as you are local.
