Replace lead flashing and barge board, and repaint cladding

Replace lead flashing at one side of unit. Also cladding needs to be repainted and a barge board replaced. The flashing is on the side of the house (the attached next door unit is on a slightly lower level so the roof is also at a lower level). Let me know if you need more details.
