Roof ridge capping repair & roof clean 189m2 house
Job description
Need roof ridge capping repair for a rental property in Seymour rd, Sunnyvale. The main house roof needs 70% of the roof capping removed on the main roof and anti-rust paint applied in the area under the cap and a roof cap replaced. This is only on the main part of the house and part of the roof cap was already taken off during some roofing work. Will need to replace ~ 100 nails and full roof and gutter clean and paint around the two round windows. 189m2 house with corrugated iron and two circular windows with membrane coating. Please quote including the above work. Need to be completed by end fo March.

Izak completed the job. He provided excellent communication from providing a quote and arranging a day to complete the roof maintenance. Izak provided photos of our roof before and after a new roof ridge cap was installed and olds nails replaced. Would recommend.
