repair a leak on the flashing of a concrete roofing
Job description
My house is a 2001 cladded construction. When it rains, water leaks and drips on the inside of false ceiling floor, subsequently leaks down on the inside of my family living room. The leak it appears may be due to tiny cracks on the Flashing.

The idea of putting a fresh new flashing over and above the existing one was Mike's idea to stop water leakage through the cracks on the flashing of roof joints . However I have yet to ascertain its efficacy in the days to come only after some heavy rain downpour is expected. As regards the installation and workmanship. of the flashing it was carried out very professionally. I recommend Mike Alan of Roof Maintenance Auckland for roof leakages issues.
