Roofing and internal guttering replacement - Kauri Road

Internal gutter - needs to be patched ASAP as it has rusted through and needs to be replaced. Additionally, the existing substrate beneath the galvanised guttering does not fall correctly to the downpipe, leaving ponding in some areas which need to be corrected. The flashing around the perimeter parapet is well corroded and poorly fixed in places and I suspect that whatever it's fixed to will need replacement too. The remainder of the steel roofing is in okay to poor condition. It could make sense to replace it all at the same time - let's talk The roof is on the top of the first floor with access via the back deck
