Repair of leak in roof

I live in one of 2 brick units, tile roof. My unit is a little higher than the other one. Where the join is between the 2 units there appears to be a leak which happens occasionally when it rains heavily. There was water running down the inside wall, which is concrete block. The water was about 10 to 20 cm in width...Could someone look at this for me, and ascertain the problem and give me a quote for fixing it. Thank you
