I have the parts and materials requried, I just dont feel safe on the ladder when attemptiong to complete the job. I need someone who can confidently access a 2nd storey piece of gutter and make one hacksaw cut to remove the bad peice (one end is already clean severed), then glue the 1 foot long replacement piece of guttering in place.
